BA (Oxon) Physics - Called 1991 - Robert Onslow undertakes work in all areas of Intellectual Property including patents, trade marks, musical and literary copyright and industrial designs. Robert specialises in contractual disputes with a technical element, particularly in the fields of computer software and electronics. He also specialises in advising on legal issues relating to Internet commerce, Data Protection and the commercial uses of data.

Recent trials have involved a cross section of areas including Jacobson v Globe [2008] a trade mark infringement and passing off action to protect the well known Gola wing flash logo. Rolawn v. Turfmech [2008] a registered design and design right dispute concerning wide area agricultural grass mowers. Nova Productions Ltd v. Bell Fruit Games Ltd [2007] – a copyright case concerning video games and artistic copyright in generated images.
