A case in which four members of chambers have been instructed has been listed in the top 20 forthcoming cases for 2012 by The Lawyer magazine. (1) A&E Television Networks; (2) AETN UK v Discovery Communications Europe is a trade mark infringement claim brought by the broadcasters of the History television channel against the broadcasters of the recently launch Discovery History channel.
