8 New Square is delighted to announce that Sir Robin Jacob and His Honour Michael Fysh have rejoined chambers and will practise as Arbitrators and Mediators.
Sir Robin Jacob (formerly Lord Justice Jacob) was head of chambers at 8 New Square until October 1993 when he was appointed as a High Court Judge assigned to the Patents Court. His Honour Michael Fysh QC SC (formerly His Honour Judge Michael Fysh QC) became head of chambers on Robin Jacob’s appointment to the bench, and remained head of chambers until he was appointed to become the Judge of the Patents County Court in October 2001.
