With a strong scientific background and experience in biotechnology and vaccine patents combined with a significant practice in all other areas of IP with particular emphasis on trade mark and comparative advertising disputes and misuse of trade secrets, Tom has appeared before the CJEU, General Court and UK Supreme Court, the EPO and Irish High Court.
