Fiona Clark graduated in law from Trinity College, Cambridge and was called to the Bar in 1982. She is a co-author of The Encyclopedia of United Kingdom and European Patent Law and has been a guest speaker on trade marks and other areas of intellectual property at international and other conferences and seminars. She practices in all areas of intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on trade marks, passing off, copyright and designs. Other areas of expertise include large scale commercial contractual disputes, media and entertainment law and trade libel.
