The General Editor is Mark Simpson of 4 Paper Buildings and the Consultant Editor is Lord Hoffman. The editorial team comprises 16 QCs together with other barristers, solicitors and academics. The contents are divided into General Chapters dealing with the general principles, damages and insurance against professional's risks and a number of chapters dealing with specialist professional advisers.
